Check-In: If this is your first visit, we suggest that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure that your therapist will be on time for their next client. Anything later than 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of your service fee.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be applied to your card for a late cancellation. No-shows are billed at 100% to the credit card on file.

Please plan on arriving at least 10-15 minutes early for your first visit. That will allow you a few extra minutes to find our location, and discuss your health history and treatment details with your therapist.
-
This should go without saying, but please practice good hygiene. It is appreciated when you come for your bodywork as clean as possible.
-
Upon arrival, we ask that you silence your cell phone, and speak in a soft “spa voice” at all times. It is our desire to provide a quiet and healing environment for all of our guests.
-
It’s important to inform your therapist about any allergies, surgeries, injuries, medications, or health care concerns that you may have.
-
We strongly encourage limiting any “chit chat” while you are on the table. Focusing on your breathing and relaxation will help you receive the full mental and physical benefits of body work. It will also help your therapist be as intuitive as possible.
Always feel free to communicate about how your body is feeling. Let your therapist know right away if anything is painful or uncomfortable so that pressure and techniques may be adjusted immediately.
-
When your treatment has ended, please give us feedback! We want to ensure that you have the best service every time. We may suggest some stretches or exercises that you can do at home to help your body.
-
Take a few minutes to reschedule before you leave! Making massage and bodywork part of your wellness routine is excellent self care.
-
Drink water! It is normal to feel slightly intoxicated after a massage. That is because lactic acid has been released from your muscle tissue and is circulating into your bloodstream. It’s important to flush it out.
-
Because we are honoring self care and quiet time, children and pets do not belong in the spa. If you have a child in need of massage therapy, please seek that approval of spa management before booking you session.

We do not provide insurance billing services. However, we do accept HSA/FSA payments. Some clients that need to use insurance benefits fole for their own reimbursements. We’re happy to provide you what is needed for that.
